✳️ Cinnamon Brown Sugar Coating:
15g Light Brown Sugar
6g Ground Cinnamon
6g Zero Cal Sweetener
✳️ Ingredients for Protein Icing:
30g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
15g Powdered Sugar
4g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk to consistency.
❇️ Directions:
1️⃣ Add all your dry pretzel ingredients into your food processor and pulse a few times to combine. Then add your greek yogurt in there and process on low until dough balls form.
2️⃣ Then add to a surface like a cutting board or your counter to form into a ball. Then take little pieces of dough from it and form into pretzel bite like shapes with your hands. I made 32.
3️⃣ Then spray the bites with non stick butter cooking spray.
4️⃣ Add to a bowl all your cinnamon brown sugar coating ingredients and mix. Then add a few of your pretzel bites in there at a time and coat well. If they are not coating well, coat the best you can. Then wait a few minutes for the same ones you tried to coat to get a little wet again. Then coat again. This should do the trick. Repeat this for all your pretzel bites.
5️⃣ Add to your air fryer and air fry on 360 degrees F for 4-6 minutes or until golden.
6️⃣ While those are cooking, make your protein icing station by adding all your dry ingredients into your bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add your almond milk and mix till have have an icing like consistency. Be careful not to add too much almond milk!
7️⃣ Then it’s time to enjoy!
