Ingredients

Ingredients for Sticky Honey Sriracha Sauce:

50g Sriracha

50g Honey

14g Soy Sauce

14g Rice Vinegar

4g Sesame Oil

1 Clove Minced Garlic

 

Rest of Ingredients:

2lbs Chicken Breast cut into Tenders

Sea Salt, Black Pepper

40g AP Flour

10g Corn Starch

100g Egg Whites

80g Panko

 

 

Directions

Directions:

1.) Add all your sticky honey sriracha sauce ingredients into your bowl and mix till smooth. Set it to the side.

2.) Now make 3 stations to coat the chicken tenders. One station for the flour and corn starch. One station for the egg whites. And one station for the panko.

3.) Season your chicken tenders with sea salt and black pepper. Don’t be shy with these. Then take each tender and coat in the flour, then the egg whites and then into the panko.

4.) Then once coated, add to the air fryer and spray with non stick cooking spray. Air fry on 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Flip at the 6 minute mark.

5.) Once done, toss the tenders in the sauce and enjoy!
