Macros for Whole Egg White Omelette Quesadilla:
223 Cals, 1g Carbs, 7g Fat, 39g Protein
Ingredients:
250g Egg Whites
30g Green Onion
1 Clove Garlic
Sea Salt
42g Part Skim Mozzarella
10g Sriracha (Optional)
Directions:
1️.) Preheat your stove top pan on a 7/10 heat. Once preheated, spray with non stick cooking spray and add chopped green onion to the pan. Cook until they start to soften and then add your minced garlic and sea salt. Saute until the green onion starts to brown.
2.) Now add your egg whites to the pan and add cover on top of pan. Cook till the top of the egg whites are no longer liquidy.
3.) Then to one side of your quesadilla, add your mozzarella and sriracha. Flip over the other side to make the quesadilla.
4.) Cook on that side for about 3-4 minutes with a burger press on top. Burger press or something with some weight to it on top of the quesadilla helps it get that nice golden brown color!
5.) Carefully flip and cook on that side for another 3-4 minutes with burger press on top.
6.) Then plate the quesadilla, slice it up and enjoy!
