- 1.) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Mix all dry ingredients (except mini chocolate chips) in a bowl and mix. Add your wet ingredients with the dry and mix.
- 2.) Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper, then spread the pizza dough out to form any desired pizza shape. Highly recommended to spread the dough like an actual pizza with the edges having more dough than the middle. This will ensure that it bakes right and has a thick crust. Once spread, add mini chocolate chips to the dough, and lightly press them into the dough. Place the pan in the oven for 8-10 minutes (keep an eye on it). Take the pizza out once it’s golden. Let it cool on a cooling rack to have a cold pizza. If you want a warm pizza, make sure to make the cookie dough first, and then make the pizza.
- 3.) While the pizza cools, make cookie dough! Add the dry cookie dough ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Slowly add cold water and mix until there is a cookie dough or frosting-like consistency. Add mini chocolate chips and mix. Put mixture in the fridge to cool and thicken up.
- 4.) Once all is ready to go, add frosting to pizza, slice up, and enjoy!
