Macros for each Taco:
135 Cals, 12g Carbs, 3g Fat, 15g Protein
Mango Salsa Ingredients:
150g Mango
100g Red Peppers
50g Red Onion
30g Jalapenos
15g Cilantro
Juice from 1 Lime
Sea Salt
Cumin
Avocado Lime Dressing:
1 Medium Avocado (about 4.5 oz)
Juice from 1 Lime
¼ Cup Water
Sea Salt
Cumin
15g Cilantro (finely chopped)
Rest of Ingredients (makes 8 Tacos):
1 lb Fresh Caught Cod
8 Small Corn Tortillas (7g carbs per)
Blackened Seasoning
Directions:
1.) Make your mango salsa by adding all your ingredients into a bowl and mixing. Set to the side.
2.) Now season your white fish of choice with a blackened seasoning. I went with fresh cod. You can 100% use frozen fish as well. It’s honestly my favorite. Just give time to thaw out before using.
3.) Air fry on 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
4.) Toast your yellow corn tortillas.
5.) Build your tacos and enjoy!
